The DERMARITE Oil Emulsion Non-Adherent Wound Dressing, 3″ x 3″ is a specially designed non-adherent gauze mesh that has been impregnated by a petrolatum oil emulsion blend that can be used as a primary dressing for low to non-exudating wounds. It can also be used beneath a secondary dressing for exudative wounds. The non-adherent material ensures it does not stick to the wound bed and helps promote natural wound healing.
