The DolphinCare™ Integrated Bed System is the gold standard of care for complex wounds, and includes the safety, reliability and convenience features of the UltraCare® XT bed frame. The Dolphin automatically redistributes pressure by simulating the effects of a body floating on water. The DolphinCare’s Fluid Immersion Simulation® (FIS®) takes away any points of greater pressure, allowing normal blood flow to all the skins surfaces, saving fragile skin and promoting the healing of wounds. Advanced patient positioning controls which includes “Comfort Chair” functionality improves comfort, relaxation, circulation and enables a patient to sit up without transferring to a chair. Two Deluxe assist handles have built in hand control holders. Included is also the complete Dolphin Mattress and DolphinCare control unit.
