The Silvercel Non-Adherent Antimicrobial Alginate Dressing 1″ x 12″ Rope is a sterile, antimicrobial wound dressing that is ideal to be used on wounds with heavy exudative discharge. The pad features high Guluronic Acid alginate, carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and silver-based nylon fibers that help control and manage exudate and improve wound healing on infected or colonized wounds. 

Features: 

  • Alginate composition forms a gel upon contact with wound exudate making it the ideal wound dressing for infected or colonized injuries 
  • Designed with an EasyLift Film Precision layer that allows for easy application and none skin-traumatic removal 
  • Features a controlled release of silver ions that provides extended antimicrobial protection for up to 7 days 
  • Ideal wound dressing for wounds that have moderate to heavy exudative discharge
